Thank you all so much for your letters, cards and phone calls. The response to our Australian story has been amazing, and to be honest, quite overwhelming at times. I have had so many phone calls, letters and cards. I have had several hundred emails and several thousand hits on my website. Thank you all so much for the very kind thoughts and good wishes you expressed, and for sharing your own personal stories with me.
Initially I had hoped to be able to reply promptly to you all, but I realize now that I probably wont not be able to complete the task. I apologise.
